 I have been finished discover a site who you can make your own Portal , made in AXAJ(Asynchronous XML and JAVASCRIPT)  we can chose what will be displayed, uses a RSS sistem, if you want you can create a RSS feed and this will be displayed in this page if you want add it. Each page are Personal and anyone can see the links  you have  added
